Hey guys, in this post will learn about how to use browse option in bugzilla to locate the bugs belongs to the particular product and component.

Pre-requisite : If you don’t have a bugzilla account, create one here Create bugzilla account.

Login to the account with your credentials.

Step 1 : Click browse in the bugzilla Main-page

Step 2 : In the next window, Select the product category to browse. We browse bugs based on the product category.

Select the product category “Food Replicator” as we have created a bug already.

Note : If you don’t have a bug created before, create one here Create bug.

Step 3: In the next window, select the product component Voice Interface.

Components are sub-categories of products. For example, Voice Interface is the component of Food Replicator product.

Step 4 : As soon as you click the component, it will show you the list of bugs that are available to browse under that specific component selected.

Step 5 : Click the Bug ID to browse more details about the bug.

As soon as you click the bug ID, it will take you to the bug where you can see more in detail.

In the same window, you can make necessary changes to the bug like Deadline, priority, CC list of users, Assignee and many more.

Once you make your changes, don’t forget to save your changes:)
